ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
An ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey is a comprehensive survey performed in accordance with the standards established by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS). These surveys are typically required by lenders, title companies, attorneys, and commercial property buyers during real estate transactions.
An ALTA Survey provides a detailed representation of a property's boundaries, improvements, easements, rights-of-way, access, encroachments, utilities, and other significant features affecting title and ownership. The survey is prepared using current ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standard Detail Requirements and is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client, lender, and title insurer through the selection of optional Table A items.
Metz Surveying works closely with property owners, attorneys, title companies, and commercial real estate professionals to deliver accurate and timely ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys throughout Citrus, Hernando, Marion, and surrounding counties.
